The projected expenses for the upcoming fiscal year are $74,900,<br>while the current dues structure generates approximately $69,120 annually. The increase will<br>allow the association to meet its financial obligations and maintain community operations.<br>This adjustment was made by the Board of Directors in accordance with the Association\u2019s<br>Bylaws.
