Our Bylaws state under Article III Membership:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201c\u2026a member’s right to vote shall not be exercised if the maintenance fees for that member\u2019s lot or lots are not paid in full and current.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
