There were several people that were interested in my recipe when we had a gathering at the clubhouse in April 2024.
This recipe showed for individual bowls and also was a vegan dish. I prefer real hamburger and I put it all in one bowl.
- Add oil and fry hamburger, add taco seasoning and water, set aside
- Add oil, cook peppers and onions until charred, set aside
- Add sliced tomatoes and fry until charred, set aside
- Cook rice
- Cook sweet corn
Add to bowl, put rice on the bottom, on top put hamburger, corn, peppers, and tomatoes. Then add shredded cheese, salsa and lime, cilantro.
