2026 SFPOA Dues INFORMATION
Dues Monthly Amount – $40 per month for March, April and May
Dues increase of $10 starting in June, 2026. $50 per month June 2026 – February 2027.
Annual Amount – $570
The reason for the adjustment is that the current dues do not fully cover the association’s
approved operating budget. The projected expenses for the upcoming fiscal year are $74,900,
while the current dues structure generates approximately $69,120 annually. The increase will
allow the association to meet its financial obligations and maintain community operations.
This adjustment was made by the Board of Directors in accordance with the Association’s
Bylaws. The increase will take effect June 1, 2026, following the required 60-day notice period.
