Our Bylaws state under Article III Membership:
“…a member’s right to vote shall not be exercised if the maintenance fees for that member’s lot or lots are not paid in full and current.”
Therefore, in order to vote at the December 1st meeting, all maintenance/HOA fees must be paid by November 30, 2025.
